Introduce Your Students to the Study of Macromolecules Using the Bradford Assay

Macromolecules, such as proteins, are formed by connecting many smaller molecules together. In this webinar, we team up with Bio-Rad® to explore an innovative way to introduce your students to the study of macromolecules using a Go Direct® SpectroVis® Plus Spectrophotometer and a Got Protein? Kit to investigate the protein content of animal and plant-based “milks.” We will also show you how to make your own “nut milk.”

Experiment:

  • Investigating Protein (Investigating Biology through Inquiry, Experiment 5)
